INSURANCE OF WIDOWS AND ORPHANS.
A GERMAN SCHEME.
(Press Association.—By Telegraph.Oopyright). Reoeived, March 2, at 12.0 a.m. Berlin, Last Night. Germany proposes to add the insurance of widows and orphans to the existing old age pensions sohome. The employer and employee each pay half,the Government adding 50 marks to the widow's pension and 80 marks during the sickness of eaoh orphan. The insurance will embrace agricultural workers, servants, and casual labourers.
