There was an interesting ceremony at Newport Eailway Workshops, when a handsome marble tablet, subscribed for by workmen in the shops in memory of Mr Seddon, was presented to Mr C. H. Mills, ex-Minister. The tablet will probably be erected in some public building in Wellington.
