London, Yesterday. Germany has informed Lord Lansdowne that the German Federal Council no longer raise objections to preferential concessions between British colonies, or between the colonies and the Motherland. A modus vivendi between Britain and Germany has been rendered possible, the advantages extended to Cape Colony and New Zealand. Germany desires her commercial relations with Canada to be assimilated to the rest of the Empire.
