OBITUARY.
MRS A. M. TUCKER
There passed away at Foxton, recently, Mrs Annie Maria Tucker, at the age of GG years. Mrs Tucker was born in JJuils and was the second daughter of tho late Mrs Burgess, of Rongotea. She lived most of her life ill Rongotea and was one of the foundation members of the Methodist Church. She was highly esteemed tor her kindness and good nature, which made her a host of friends. Mrs Tucker’s husband predeceased her two years ago. There are two daughters, Mrs A. Mcrriman and Miss Royee Tucker, both of Foxton; and four sons, Messrs J. and C. Tucker (Opiki), Albert Tucker (Foxton), and George Tucker (Tolaga Bay). One daughter, Mrs Altree, died six years ago, and her eldest son Ilov made the supreme sacrifice during the 'Great War. The interment took place at Rongotea.
