CHIEF JUSTICES WARNING

If. that is to be allowed by juries it is not going to be a good thing tor the nation I make that observation only for the purpose of asking you to be carefii, not to allow yourselves to be swayed by the kind of clap-trap we sometimes hear outside the Court.'
