HOW SOLLUM FELL
BRITISH SUCCESS. (United Press Association—Copyright) (British Official Wireless.) (Rec. 1.10 p.m.) RUGBY, May IC. The occupation of iSollum by the British forces is announced in a British General Headquarters communique from Cairo: In Libya, as the result of limited operations carried out by our covering forces, British troops yesterday occupied HaJfaya Pass, Musaid and Solium, indicting serious casualties on the enemy and capturing a number of German prisoners. In Abyssinia, in spite of continuous heavy rain, further progress has been made in our advance on Amba Alagi. In the southern areas the important post of Sciusciamanua lias been occupied and further prisoners taken.
