At the weekly meeting of the Sutcliffe School, Mr Bilderbeck presided. A very interesting food demonstration was held, when about a dozen green vegetable saladcombinations were used and their mineral and vitamin value explained. Also on display was a large assortment of cakes, sponges, scones, etc., all made from wholemeal. Mrs Oliver gave a bright talk on “Affirmations,” and Mrs Tnglis was instructive in her talk on “Magnetic Personality.” A lecture was given by Mr S. Boniface on “The Power of the Sun Centre.” MR FARMER.
