AGAINST AMERICAN TRADE. LONDON, Dec. 28. The Berlin radio quotes the Berliner Boersen Zeitnng’s warning directed at the United States against attempting to send goods to Britain through Eire. The newspaper alleged that the United States was considering a revision of the Neutrality Act for the. purpose of excluding Eire from the war zone. ' Jt stated that Eire is still .within Germany’s blockade area. “Whoever enters this zone does so at the risk of exposing his ships and crews to military operations. The Irish people must decide whether they want to be involved in the war.”
