SCRAP METAL CAMPAIGN.

Citizens are reminded of the campaign which commences in Feilding next week for the saving and collection of certain metals of vital importance for war purposes. The services of the children attending the various schools have been gladly accepted. for collecting where this is possible, but it will probably bo necessary for business people in particular 'to arrange I to leave their contributions at one or other of the receiving depots which are situated at each of the schools, at the rear of the Council Chambers, and the main sorting dump at the borough yard in Warwick Street. By assisting in the war effort they will assist the patriotic funds and also New Zealand industry.
