The ladies’ committee of the Central School, headed by Mrs IX Evans, as chairman, has earned the highest encomiums for the success of functions for which the memI bers have boon responsible, and Tuesday’s ball for adults and ex-pupils should be no exception. In the attractive setting of the Entertainment Hall at the Showgrounds a dance has been arranged which should be largely attended, for no effort is being spared to make tho evening enjoyable. With the liveliest dance music, an excellent floor, a, programme of old-time and modern dances to 6uit all tastes and best jof good supper, patrons are assured of a royal time.
