“Mind” was the subject of the Les-son-Sermon in all Churches of Christ, Scientist, on Sunday. The Golden Text was Daniel 2: 20, 21: “Blessed be the name of God for ever and ever: for wisdom and might are His. . .He giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding.” Among the citations winch comprised the Lesson-Sermon were the following from the Bible: “If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit. . Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, being of one accord, of one mind. Let this miind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus.” (Phil. 2: 1,2, 5.) Also the following passages from the Christian Science textbook, “Science and Health' with Key to the Scriptures,” by Mary Baker Eddy: “In a world of sin and sensuality hastening to a greater development of power, it is wise earnestly to consider whether it is the human mind or the Divine Mind which is influencing one.” (p. 82.)
