INTERPRETATION OF COMMENI. LONDON. July .16. The Daily Telegraph’s Diarist interprets the comment on the warm welcome bv Mr de Valera (President of Eire) to Mr Nash, and the complimentary references to New Zealand by Mr McEntee (Finance Minister) as indicating that Mr de Valera is becoming more Empire-minded, which his readiness to appoint Commissioners in the Dominions, beside Canada, corroborates.
