The King has approved of the appointments of Air Herwald Ranisbotham as First Commissioner of Works in succession to the late Sir Philip Sassoon, and Sir Walter James Womersley (Assistant-Postmas-ter-General) as Minister of Pensions, replacing Air Ramsbotham. Sir Walter Woniersle.v will also assist the Minister of Agriculture in the House of Commons. Air William Mabnno is to 1m: Assist a it t-Postmaster-General.
