DUTCH PRIME MINISTER. Received May 22, 5.5 a.m. THE HAGUE, May 21. The Prime Minister (Dr. Colijn) has taken over the portfolio of Minister of Finance as a result of the resignation of Dr. Wilde because the latter' objected to the demands of the Defence and Economics Ministries which, he claimed, were excessively' straining the Budget.
