Tho Manawatu Golf Club withstood tlio second challenge of tlio season for the Wilson Cup, during tho week-end, when they beat Palmerston North easily by 0 matches to 2. The llokowhitu course was heavy owing to the rain, which was in contrast to tho first challenge from Wanganui, when the conditions were very dry.
