ENTAXGLEMENTS ESCHEWED. Received March 29, 1.40 p.m. CONDON, March 28. General Skwarezynski, in the presence of General Sniigly-Rklz (Inspector of the Army), who was borne shoulder-high, declared that all Poland saw a great crisis approaching and must work for peace and strive for ncighbourliness. She would not allow any pressure or influence on her and would not involve herself in aggression.
