BOILED HONEY CUSTARD

Take one-third cupful honey, 3 eggyolks, 2 cupfuls milk, pinch of salt. Mix the honey, eggs, and salt well together. Scald milk and pour over.. Cook in a. double boiler till mixture thickens. This custard is good for pouring over prepared oranges or stewed fruit.
