AUSTRALIAN TRAGEDY.
SYDNEY, Dec. 9. Three children, aged from one to seven years, and their father, John Williams Woods, a well-known grazier, are dead, and the mother is in a critical condition, as the . result of a tragedy at Woodrow Park, near Mittagong. Police believe that the father attacked the family with an axe and then committed suicide with a razor. Woods had recently been worried by the severe drought.
