During the House of Commons debate on the Addrcss-in-Reply, satisfaction was expressed over, the decision to increase the Prime Minister’s salary and equally those of other Cabinet Ministers. • • ... . , • it is likely that the Prune Minister will; receive £BOOO a ’year, and-that the salaries of other Ministers will be made uniform at £SOOO a year This will mean that Mr Baldwin will receive aii increase of £3OOO, while the Lord ' Chancellor (Viscount Hailsham) will suffer a reduction of £SOOO. • .
