OPERATION OF COMPANY. Received November 21, 8.5 a m PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 20. Twelve bankers ,and lawyers have been indicted by a Federal grand jury in connection with the i32,000,00d dollar collapse of a Philadelphia company guaranteeing mortgages. They were charged with promoting an unlawful scheme and lraud in using the mails. , r . The company had a corking balance of exactly 13,060 dollars.
