DEATH PENALTY.
SENTENCE CARRIED OUT. Received June 15, 12.45 p.m. SYDNEY, June 15. James Massey was hanged at the Long Bay gaol at 8.30 this morning. James Leighton Massey, aged 21, was found guilty of shoot’ng and killing Nornidi Stead after attempting to rob a service station at Darlinghurst on February 10.
