SUBMARINE FLEET.
GERMAN FLOTILLA. Received September 28, 12.15 p.m. KIEL, Sept. 27. Germany’s first post-war submarine flotilla has been commissioned. It consists of six submarines with a tender named the Weddigen, the flotilla commemorating the commander who sank the cruisers Aboukir, Hogue, and Crecy on September 22, 1914, and was later sunk while attacking the British Battle Fleet.
