SUMMER TIME TO-MORROW.
DAYLIGHT SAVING STARTS. ' From 2 a.m. to-morrow summertime will be officially observed in New Zealand, this marking the resumption of the half-hour of daylight saving. Residents will no doubt, as usual, advance the time on their clocks by half an hour before retiring this evening.
