MAINTENANCE SUIT.
CASE ADJOURNED. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Sept. 27. Tile case in which Robert E. Green, the donor of the clock towers to Sumner and New Brighton, appeared as defendant in a maintenance suit when he was sued by his son, Frederick Ernest Green ,of Sydney, carpenter, ivho was described as a destitute person was continued this afternoon. “I am satisfied that Frederick Ernest Green is a destitute person,” said Mr F. F. Reid, S.M., in summing up. Fie adjourned the case until October 14.
