INSPECTOR IN COURT. . Per- Press Association. AUCKLAND, Oct. 27. An honorary, inspector of fisheries, H. C. Wheeler, was fined £2 and costs for taking more 50 toheroas at Muriwai Beach on July 21, and also convicted and discharged for having in his possession toheroas, the shells of which were .less than three inches long. Mr Meredith, of the Crown Law Office, replying to Mr F. K. Hunt, S.M., said the defendant was a farmer and had been asked to return his warrant as. honorary inspector, also that as Justice of the Peace.
