VICAR AS CANDIDATE.
NEW PLYMOUTH SEAT. Per Press Association. NEW PLYMOUTH, Sept. 27. Rev. F. L. Frost, vicar of Taradale (Hawke’s Bay), is to be the Labour candidate for the New Plymouth seat. He was unanimously selected by a party meeting to-night on the recommendation of the national executive. Mr Frost is an ex-soldier, a member of the Hawke’s Bay Education Board, and a former member of the Napier Secondary Education Board.
