The prominent Epsom candidate Synagogue is suffering from a cracked heel, which is hardly serious at present. LOSS ON SEASON. • TE AROHA TROTTING CLUB. Per Press Association. TE AROHA, Sept. 27. At the annual meeting of the Te Arolia Trotting Club the balance-sheet showed a loss of £470 on last season’s operations, the capital account being reduced in the last four years from £I4OO to £l6O. A resolution was passed that no meeting be held in December but, if the trotting prospects in the district improve, to issue a good stakes programme the following year.
