THE WORLD COURT.
MR KELLOGG RESIGNS. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Sept. 23. A Geneva message states that Mr Frank B. Kellogg, who, as United States Secretary of State, was usociated with M. Briancl in promoting the Paris Pact for the renunciation of war, lias resigned his position as a Judge of the Permanent Court of International Justice.
Mr Kellogg is 79 and was elected a Judge at Tlie Hague in 1930.
