At the wool sales 10,971 bales were offered, including 4397 from New Zealand. About 5400 bales of Australian and New Zealand wool were sold. There was active Home and Continental competition at lull late rates. New Zealand greasy half bred, branded Woodbank, reached 13jd and averaged 12d. Slipe lialfbred lambs, branded r'airiield, reached ltxl and averaged lojd.
