SKI CLUB OUTING
SPORT AT RANGIWAHIA. A party of about sixty persons, organised by the Rangiwahia Ski Club, visited the ski grounds at Rangiwaliia at tire week-end, one group travelling from Palmerston North and Feildmg by a large motor-bus and the others by private cars. The snow was in good order, although not as good as at the two previous weekends. Material is now being taken up the track from the road for a new and larger hut which is to be built next summer.
The progress demonstrated, by those undertaking the sport of ski-ing, as shown by the contestants, both men and women, in races in three classes, is stated to be very promising.
