RELATIONS WITH GERMANY.
SEVERANCE DEMANDED.
HALIFAX, Sept. 20. The Trades and Labour Congress of Canada, representing 105,000 workers, passed a resolution asking the Canadian Government to sever diplomatic and commercial relations with Germany, and appealed to the country to boycott German products and the Olympic Games until Germany ceased religious and political persecution.
