NEW LOCOMOTIVE.
TESTS IN FRANCE. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY. Feb. 11. The London and North Eastern Railway express locomotive, “Cock o’ the North,” which has been .undergoing tests at Vitry (France) yesterday made a trial run" from Tours to Orleans with a heavy load at an average speed of 77 miles an hour. This locomotive represents the latest in design for the British railways and has been undergoing extensive tests by intricate machinery.
