SESSION ENDS THIS WEEK. (British Official Wireless.) Received November 13, 11.10 a.m. RUGBY, Nov. 12. It now appears certain that the work of the present session of Parliament will be brought to an end in time for ihc prorogation to take place on Friday. The King will open the new session cm November 20.
If the final stages of the Betting and Lotteries Bill are concluded to-morrow night the discussion will take place on Wednesday of the report of the commissioners who have been investigating the position of the depressed areas.
