Sir, —I would like to enquire through the columns of your paper whether the City Council lias considered it necessary to give a little consideration and attention to the needs of the residents of the end of Linton Street, where the dust menace is a - most unendurable. I am given to understand that we were promised about two years ago that the stree would be tar-sealed, and we have been waiting patiently since then for tne work to be done.—l am, etc., DUST STORM.
