"VTOTICE Is hereby given that it is -LN the intention of the Eitzherbert West Water Race Management Committee. at a. meeting to be held on the 29th November, 1934, to make a General Rate under the provisions of “The Rating Act, 1925,” and the powers conferred by the Kairanga County Council under Section 5 of “The Water Supply Act, 1913,” of one-seventh (l-7th) of a penny in the pound on the unimproved value of all rateable properties classed “A” in the Fitzherbert West Water Race District, and One-twenty-first (l-21st) of a penny in the pound on the unimproved value of all rateable properties classed “C” m the-above-mentioned District, for the period commencing on the Ist day ot April 1934, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1935, and to be payable in one sum on the 15th day of December 1934, at the Office of the Kairanga County ’Council, Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North. The Valuaton Roll and Rate Book are now open for inspection at the Office of the Kairanga County Council on each week day (except Saturday) from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, i N.
