UNSTABLE SPAIN.
FRESH TROUBLE POSSIBLE
. MADRID, Nov. 7. The Premier (Senor Lerroux) announced in Parliament that the National Confederation of Labour had called a strike of from 200,000 to 300,000 workers for dawn on Wednesday, coinciding with the execution of two rebels concerned in the recent revolution. Senor Robles, Catholic leader, declared that another revolution was being prepared, which must be crushed. As a result the Government sought a vote of confidence. Monarchists attacked the Government, alleging that it had reprieved some of those sentenced to death while others faced the penalty.
FAILURE OF PLAN. Received November 8 10.35 a.m. MADRID. Nov. 7. The two rebels have been executed, The strike plan has failed.
