DIPLOMATS IN LONDON.

RUGBY, Nov. 6.
The King, at Buckingham Palace, today received the new Polish Ambassador, Count Raczynski, who presented his letters of credence. The new Ministers in London for Persia, Nicaragua, and Haiti were also received by the King. For the first time since his appointment General Sir Sidney Clive, the new Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps, was in attendance.
