A WELL-DESERVED VICTORY.-Peter Pan proved what a really good horse he is when he carried his 9.10 to victory in the Melbourne Cup winning by three lengths. As a three-year-old he won this race in 1932 and also the A.J.C Derby. He is seen returning to scale after winning the latter race His jockey, D. Munro, claims he is the greatest horse he has ever ridden.
