Every recipe I try, new or old, is a splendid success. I just set the regulator at the heat required—and leave it! I can go out for the afternoon and find dinner cooked to perfection when I return. And that is only ONE thing. Think of fresh cool grey porcelain enamel everywhere that enamel can be—as easy to clean as a china plate. The oven porcelain lined, too, with embossed enamelled rack supports, and door lining, and recessed enamelled tray at bottom to catch condensation!
