Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Nov. 7. An intense anti-cyclone is located centrally over New Zealand. A rather deep depression is situated over south-eastern Australia. Forecast: Light variable winds, tending northerly and later freshening. Weather: Fine, and becoming warmer. Seas smooth to moderate. MANAWATU RIVER GAUGE. Noon.—2ft.
