IN DIVORCE.
In the Supreme Court at Palmerston North, yesterday, His Honour Mr Justice Blair granted a decree nisi in divorce, on the petition of Mary Nelson (Mr J. M. Gordon) against Victor Hague Nelson, a seaman, of Wellington. The custody of the one'child of the marriage was granted petitioner, A decree nisi, with the custody of two children, was granted William Kenneth Gollan, a farmer, of; AVimbledon, Hawke’s Bay, against .Florence Hope Gollan. Mr A. W. Yortt appeared for petitioner.
