There are 5800 railway level-cross-ings in England. At the installation of the officers of the Loval Manawatu Juvenile Lodge on Friday, April 6, a number of items were given by members, and greatly appreciated. One juvenile (about 6 feet) caused a great deal of merriment with his rendering of an oldtime ditty entitled “Who! Who!”
