SPEECH BY PRINCE.
BROADCAST FOR NEW ZEALAND
Received February 9, 12.30 p.m. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Feb. 8. At his own suggestion the Prince of Wales, who to-night will speak at the New Zealand Society dinner in London, to inaugurate New Zealand Day at the anniversary of the proclamation of New Zealand as a British Colony in 1840, will to-morrow morning repeat the same speech into a microphone at the Broadcasting House so that the people in New Zealand, which is ll| hours ahead of British time, may hear his remarks at an appropriate time for reception.
