FAIR TO CLOUDY. . Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Feb. 9. Pressure has risen over the northern half of the North Island and in the Chatham Island area, but has fallen over the South Island. A slight depression is located in the western Tasman sea, but the situation is still very indefinite, with no active storm centre. Moderate northerly winds; weather mainly fair to cloudy, warm and humid, but some local showers possible later; seas moderate.
