NEW TRIAL ORDERED.
Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Feb. 8. In the Dunedin Supreme Court Leslie AWnc Harvey pleaded not guilty to four charges of indecent assault and one charge of attempted indecent assault. The jury returned a verdict of not guilty on throe charges, while on the other two they were unable to agree. The Court accepted a partial verdict and a new trial was ordered on the two charges on which the jury had disagreed.
