CRIME IN GERMANY.
COMMUTING OF DEATH SENTENCE. BERLIN, Doc. 1. Fifteen condemned murderers, including two women, are suffering agony of suspense because of a wrangle as to which of Prussia's two Governments have the right to commute the death sentences. Herr Braun, the Prussian Premier, claims that he is responsible, while Marshal von Hindenburg's recent decree gives the duty to the Federal Commissioner.
