APPEAL TO DOMINION COUNCIL. " ' HAMILTON, Dec. 2. A decison io submit its case to the Dominion Council was made at a special executive meeting of the Frankton Bowling Club in connection with the club's suspension by the South Auckland Centre for allegedly running Sunday tournaments. The general opinion held was that the club had been harshly treated, as no notification of any infringement of the rules had been given nor opportunity afforded to offer an explanation. It was pointed out that, although only 16 players had participated in the alleged tournament, the •whole club was being penalised.
