ENGLISH CRICKET TOURISTS.
MATCH WITH NEW SOUTH WALES. TEAMS FOR TO-DAY. SYDNEY, Nov. 24. The English team to play New South Wales to-morrow is:—Jardine (cap!.), Wyatt, Allen, Brown, Pataudi, Sutcliffe, ’Hammond, Tate, Larwood, Ames’, Voce, Verity, Larwood will probably be omitted. The New South Wales team is as follows : Bill, Bradman, Cummins, Fingleton, Hird, Howell, McCabe, Oldfield, O’Reilly, Theak. Brown is twelfth man. Tho English cricketers had an enthusiastic reception on their arrival at Sydney to-day. There was a tremendous crush at the city station and the players had great difficulty in threading their way through the crowd. Pataudi declined to give any reason for his intention not to accompany the Marylebono team to New Zealand at the end of the Australian tour.
