CONTRIBUTORY INSURANCE. Received November 24, 8.5 a.m. OTTAWA, Nov. 22. The Prime Minister, Hon. R. B. Bennett, announced in the House of Commons on Tuesday that contributory unemployment insurance would be considered at a conference of the Dominion and provincial governments during the approaching Parliamentary recess.
