DAIRY FACTORIES’ AWARD.
NEW SCALE OF 33’AGES
Delegates from all the co-operative ■ dairy companies operating in Welling- ; ton province met at Palmerston North i yesterday to review and consider the report and recommendations of the executive of the 33’ellington Dairy Factories Employers’ Association in respect to employees' wages in the industry. The existing award expires on November 29. The executive’s proposals were, with minor alterations, approved. It was decided that the new Scale should come into operation on January 1, 1933.
